So in case you haven't heard, a freshman at OSU was killed this weekend in a freak elevator accident. Now, before you begin to chastise me about, "TOO SOON!"... Don't worry, I don't plan on making too many jokes intentionally.

Now for my story. So I was in Cincinnati at Xavier all weekend, so I didn't even hear about it until I got back to OSU and Morgan begins to talk about it. So I look at the WCMH news package about it, and forget it about it... until I check my e-mail later that night.

It's from Jason who I worked with at RPAC last year, with the subject of 'Dude':

Dude, you scared the shit out of me. Well, obvisouly not you because you didn't do anything. But I heard about that freshman who died in Stradley hall, in the elevator. His name was Andy Polakowski and for a few seconds I thought that was you. I totally forgot your name, but the 'Andy' part, and then the polish last name. Until my brain kicked in and realized you're not a freshman. Anyway, continue about your day.

P.S. Don't die in an elevator.

I then proceeded to laugh quite thoroughly.
